pcDNA™3.1 Expression Vector Family
Three untagged pcDNA™3.1 versions ( (available separately) can be used alone or co-transfected. All three vectors have the following features:
• Cytomegalovirus (CMV) enhancer promoter for high-level expression
• Macromolecular polyclonal in forward (+) or reverse (-) orientation Sites
• Bovine growth hormone (BGH) polyadenylation signal and transcription termination sequences are used to enhance mRNA stability
• SV40 source can be used in cell lines expressing large T antigen (i.e.COS-1 and COS-7
• Ampicillin resistance gene and pUC replication region sequences for selection and maintenance in E. coli< /div>
